Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Wakamole Pickleball Club website, booking a session, or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardianâs consent to register. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Bookings, Payments, and Pricing
Prices and availability are listed on the website and may change at any time. Payments are processed through Stripe or other payment providers. All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the booking or event page.
Cancellations and NoâShows
Cancellation policies are listed on each booking or event page. Noâshows may be nonârefundable. If an event is cancelled by Wakamole Pickleball Club, you will be offered a reschedule or refund.
Participant Conduct
You agree to follow facility rules and maintain respectful behavior. We reserve the right to remove participants for unsafe or disruptive conduct without refund.
Assumption of Risk
Pickleball and related activities involve inherent risks. You assume all risks of injury, illness, or property damage that may occur while participating.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wakamole Pickleball Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Media Release
By attending events or sessions, you grant permission for photos or videos to be used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the event.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Wakamole Pickleball Club and may not be used without written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
